- Architect the 2026 Vision: Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analyses of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to identify strategic pivots and growth vectors.
- Resource Optimization: Lead cross-functional budgeting and resource allocation efforts, ensuring engineering teams are focused on high-ROI initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate complex strategic plans to C-level executives and engineering leadership, fostering buy-in and alignment across departments.
- Roadmap Execution: Monitor progress against the 2026 strategic milestones, identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technical program management within the software or SaaS industry.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), AI/ML trends, and software development lifecycles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or MBA preferred.
- Analysis Skills: Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and SQL for data-driven decision making.
