Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop quantum algorithms optimized for NISQ-era hardware and hybrid quantum-classical workflows
- Lead integration of quantum solutions with cloud platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum) and on-premise systems
- Collaborate with Nobel laureates and MIT/Stanford researchers on quantum error correction protocols
- Drive patent strategy for novel quantum circuit designs and topological qubit implementations
- Mentor quantum engineers and publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent research experience)
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit optimization
- Expertise in quantum error correction, topological qubits, and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals or conferences
- Proficiency in high-performance computing and HPC cluster management
