Responsibilities
- Develop the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with the company's mission, vision, and long-term financial goals.
- Market Intelligence & Trend Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and macroeconomic factors to identify opportunities and threats for 2026.
- Technology Forecasting: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Blockchain, Automation) and integrate relevant advancements into our operational framework.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Communicate complex strategic visions to the C-suite, board members, and cross-functional teams to ensure buy-in and alignment.
- Resource Allocation: Direct the strategic deployment of capital and human resources to maximize ROI on long-term initiatives.
- Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of strategic initiatives and adjust course as needed.
Qualifications
- 10+ Years Experience: Proven track record in strategic planning, business development, or management consulting within the Technology or SaaS sector.
- Advanced Education: MBA or Masterβs degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field.
