Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Blockchain) to drive competitive advantage.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research and prototyping of high-potential innovations.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to define long-term strategic initiatives and KPIs.
- Monitor global technology shifts and recommend pivot strategies to ensure long-term relevance.
- Manage the innovation budget and resources effectively.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or product development.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformations or innovation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of future tech trends, specifically AI and automation.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
