Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ market shifts across technology, sustainability, and human experience
- Develop sophisticated scenario-planning models for organizational resilience and competitive advantage
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and innovation pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications and present strategic frameworks to industry stakeholders
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Design and implement strategic foresight methodologies across the organization
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological megatrends with quantified impact assessments
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal transformation
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences and industry forums
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists preferred)
