Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, identifying breakthrough opportunities across emerging technologies
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to detect paradigm-shifting trends with 3-5 year impact
- Design strategic frameworks for exponential technology adoption in enterprise environments
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology convergence scenarios
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI analysis and risk mitigation
- Build external partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing technology roadmaps with 5+ year horizons
