Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic indicators and technological forecasts to map 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning models for disruptive technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align R&D priorities with future market demands
- Author thought leadership reports published in top-tier industry journals
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate emerging startups
- Present strategic frameworks to executive board and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of scenario planning and disruption modeling
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills
- Published research in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
