Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Strategy and Roadmap.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging tech trends and competitive advantages.
- Architect scalable, secure, and future-proof technical solutions for enterprise-grade applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align technical vision with business goals.
- Mentor and coach senior engineers and architects to foster a culture of innovation.
- Lead the '2026 Initiative' pilot programs and oversee their successful deployment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or strategic planning.
- Proven track record of leading long-term technology roadmaps (5+ years planning horizon).
- Expert knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and AI integration.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to predict industry shifts and technological disruptions.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
