Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the comprehensive 2026 Technology Strategy, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Oversee the transition to scalable, cloud-native architectures designed to support future growth.
- Drive the research and implementation of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing) for the 2026 product suite.
- Manage cross-functional teams of data scientists, developers, and product managers to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of innovation initiatives and technical roadmaps.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure funding and resources for long-term R&D projects.
- Mentor high-potential talent and foster a culture of continuous learning and futuristic thinking.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a Director-level or equivalent role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology roadmaps, specifically looking ahead to 2026 and beyond.
- Expert knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Software Engineering best practices.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise-level security standards.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or enterprise environment.
