Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of end-to-end AI/ML solutions, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Define the technical vision for our 2026 roadmap, aligning AI capabilities with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Data Science to integrate AI models into production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and implement relevant innovations.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
