Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive strategic plan outlining key milestones, technology adoption, and market expansion targets for the year 2026.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) to forecast market shifts and competitive advantages.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex strategic concepts to the C-Suite and Board of Directors, translating technical data into actionable business insights.
- Innovation Leadership: Foster a culture of innovation by leading cross-functional teams in R&D, Product Management, and Engineering to prototype future solutions.
- Partnership Strategy: Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships and acquisitions that align with the 2026 vision.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs and OKRs to measure the success of strategic initiatives and adjust course as necessary.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive leadership roles.
- Tech Fluency: Deep understanding of current and future technology landscapes, including AI, Machine Learning, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term and navigate ambiguity in a rapidly changing market environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
