- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, Product, and Executive teams to ensure alignment between long-term goals and daily operations.
- Market Foresight: Conduct in-depth market analysis to anticipate industry shifts and regulatory changes affecting the 2026 timeline.

Qualifications
