Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, AR/VR) to assess viability for internal adoption.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align engineering, product, and business units on future initiatives.
- Predict and mitigate technological risks associated with long-term strategic investments.
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of forward-thinking innovation.
- Present complex strategic visions to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Establish KPIs to measure the success of strategic initiatives and pivot when necessary.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or R&D leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully defining long-term technology roadmaps (3+ year outlook).
- Deep understanding of current and future tech trends (AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
