Responsibilities

- Produce quarterly future-state scenario reports for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present future impact assessments to board members and investors
- Design and implement organizational foresight capabilities training programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting at Fortune 500 level
- Proven track record of developing multi-year future-focused strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies and societal megatrends
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFPS) required
