Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technological roadmap, aligning tech strategy with business goals.
- Lead the integration and optimization of advanced AI and machine learning systems across the organization.
- Identify emerging technology trends (e.g., generative AI, blockchain, quantum computing) and evaluate their potential for application.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure budget and resources for high-priority R&D initiatives.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud infrastructure.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists.
- Drive digital transformation projects that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of leading complex digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
