Your Mission
As the 2026 Vision Lead, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade deployment. You will oversee the migration to scalable, next-gen neural architectures that prioritize efficiency, ethics, and explainability.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure leading up to 2026, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Architect and optimize deep learning models capable of processing real-time, high-volume data streams.
- Lead a cross-functional team of ML engineers and data scientists to deploy Generative AI solutions across enterprise platforms.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct rigorous R&D to prototype breakthrough technologies in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering for enterprise use cases.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
