- Lead cross-functional strategy sessions to identify emerging market opportunities and competitive threats
- Develop predictive models for technological adoption and regulatory impacts across key industries
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global R&D centers
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members with data-backed recommendations
- Oversee the development of patent portfolios and intellectual property strategy for future technologies
- Mentor innovation teams in emerging technologies and agile methodology implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in emerging tech
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, and quantum computing ecosystems
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, etc.)
- Demonstrated success in scaling innovation labs and managing R&D budgets >$50M
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
