Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, focusing on next-gen AI and automation.
- Lead high-impact R&D initiatives, ensuring feasibility and technical excellence.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance distributed systems for global impact.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Future Tech.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Expert knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong grasp of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
