Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move products.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to meet daily production targets.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company and customer specifications.
- Load & Unload:** Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against packing lists.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to start immediately and work a full-time schedule (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and possess a valid ID.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and accuracy.
