Responsibilities
- Develop & Deploy: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Participate in peer code reviews to ensure best practices and code quality standards.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues, debug code, and optimize application performance for speed and reliability.
- Agile Methodology: Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive project momentum.
- Testing & Security: Implement unit and integration tests to ensure robustness and adhere to security compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Frontend: Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js or Vue.js.
- Backend: Strong experience with backend technologies like Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
