Responsibilities
- Design Robust AI Architectures: Lead the end-to-end design of machine learning systems, focusing on scalability, fault tolerance, and real-time processing capabilities.
- Drive Research Innovation: Spearhead the exploration of emerging AI paradigms, including Generative AI, Autonomous Agents, and Quantum Machine Learning, ensuring our roadmap aligns with 2026 predictions.
- Optimize Model Performance: Oversee the deployment and optimization of neural networks to ensure minimal latency and maximum accuracy in high-volume production environments.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering leadership to define technical roadmaps and solve complex business challenges through AI.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to AI/ML architecture, model training, and deployment.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker, Spark).
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
