Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured rotational program across various high-impact engineering departments.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features for our 2026 product roadmap.
- Contribute to rigorous code reviews, maintain exceptional code quality, and implement comprehensive automated testing.
- Analyze complex data sets to drive strategic technical decisions and optimize system performance.
- Present project outcomes, technical findings, and innovative solutions to senior leadership at the end of each rotation.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with an expected graduation date of Spring 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Demonstrated proficiency with at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, or Go).
- Familiarity with modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies is a strong plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and a deep passion for emerging technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
