This is not your average entry-level role. As part of our 2026 cohort, you will dive headfirst into high-impact projects, working alongside industry veterans to build scalable, next-generation cloud solutions.
Our 12-month rotational program is designed to accelerate your career. You will gain hands-on experience across our core engineering teams, from backend architecture to frontend user experience. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and senior engineers, to define feature requirements and deliverables.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, share knowledge, and adhere to best practices.
- Contribute to the architecture and optimization of our cloud-native infrastructure.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks in existing systems.
- Engage in continuous learning through mentorship, tech talks, and our dedicated engineering bootcamps.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, with an expected graduation date of Spring/Summer 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Familiarity with web frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Spring) and relational or NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- A growth mindset, high emotional intelligence, and a passion for building disruptive technology.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
