Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and oversee the technical strategy for infrastructure upgrades required to support next-gen AI models and quantum algorithms.
- AI Integration: Lead the seamless integration of autonomous AI agents into enterprise workflows, ensuring scalability and security.
- Prototyping & Innovation: Build and test high-fidelity prototypes for emerging technologies such as spatial computing and brain-computer interfaces.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate futuristic concepts into deployable software solutions.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks and compliance risks associated with emerging technologies.
- Thought Leadership: Publish technical whitepapers and present at industry conferences on the trajectory of technology in 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML infrastructure or Quantum computing.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and modern programming languages (Python, Rust, Go).
- Visionary Thinking: Proven ability to anticipate technological trends and adapt systems to leverage them effectively.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading high-performing engineering teams and driving technical vision.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
