Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI architectures for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Lead quantum-ML fusion projects achieving 100x efficiency improvements

- Secure $2M+ in government/industry grants for frontier research
- Mentor PhD candidates in our 2026 Research Fellowship program
- Publish 3+ top-tier papers annually on quantum neural networks

Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Quantum Computing, or Computational Neuroscience (2020-2026)
- 5+ years publishing in NeurIPS/ICML/Science with >50 citations
- Expertise in quantum ML frameworks (PennyLane, Qiskit) and tensor networks
- Proven track record of ethical AI governance frameworks implementation
- Fluency in Python/C++ with PyTorch/TensorFlow mastery
- Experience with neuromorphic computing (Intel Loihi, IBM TrueNorth)
- Security clearance or ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance
