Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy secure smart contracts on Ethereum and Layer 2 solutions (Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon).
- Conduct rigorous code reviews, security audits, and testing to ensure robustness and vulnerability-free code.
- Integrate off-chain data via Oracle services (e.g., Chainlink) to enhance dApp functionality.
- Collaborate closely with frontend engineers to build seamless Web3 user interfaces using React and Next.js.
- Optimize gas efficiency and transaction throughput for high-volume decentralized applications.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decision-making within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Web3 or Blockchain development.
- Deep proficiency in Solidity, Rust, or Go, with a proven track record of shipping production-ready smart contracts.
- Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, consensus mechanisms, and blockchain architecture.
- Experience with development frameworks such as Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry, and Web3.js.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for decentralized systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
