Responsibilities
- Smart Contract Development: Architect, develop, and audit secure smart contracts using Solidity and Rust for our mainnet protocol.
- Protocol Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing smart contracts and implement gas-efficient upgrades to improve overall system performance.
- Cross-Chain Integration: Build bridges and integration layers to connect our ecosystem with major blockchains like Ethereum, Solana, and Polygon.
- Security Audits: Conduct rigorous security reviews and coordinate with third-party auditors to ensure 100% code safety.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on blockchain architecture decisions.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for smart contracts and API integrations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years specifically in Web3 or Blockchain development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, and Web3.js/ethers.js.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of blockchain consensus mechanisms, cryptography, and distributed systems.
- DeFi: Hands-on experience building or auditing DeFi protocols (DEXs, Lending, Yield Farming).
- Tools: Familiarity with testing frameworks (Hardhat, Foundry) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills in a fast-paced startup environment.
