Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create intuitive interfaces for complex government technology platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered solutions
- Develop design systems and maintain design consistency across products
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and gather actionable feedback
- Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative design culture
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with government or enterprise projects
- Portfolio showcasing complex SaaS and public sector work
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with user research methodologies and data-driven design
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
