Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical audits to identify crawlability, indexing, and semantic markup issues.
- Optimize site architecture and internal linking structures to maximize crawl budget and user flow.
- Lead initiatives to improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, FID) and ensure mobile-first indexing compliance.
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers and backend engineers to implement schema markup (JSON-LD) and structured data.
- Monitor Search Console and Analytics to troubleshoot traffic drops and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Technical SEO with a proven track record of improving organic traffic.
- Deep understanding of Google’s core algorithm updates and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in analyzing site speed, mobile responsiveness, and site architecture.
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, or custom) and HTML/CSS debugging.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog.
