Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve site health issues, focusing on Core Web Vitals and site architecture.
- Develop and implement a robust link-building strategy to increase domain authority and drive referral traffic.
- Collaborate closely with content creators and product managers to optimize on-page elements for maximum relevance and user engagement.
- Monitor search engine algorithm updates and adapt strategies proactively to maintain and improve competitive rankings.
- Lead A/B testing on landing pages and user journeys to optimize conversion rates and user retention.
- Analyze complex data sets using Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party SEO tools to report on performance and ROI.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing, with a track record of driving measurable growth.
- Deep understanding of Google's Core Web Vitals, algorithm updates, and best practices for mobile-first indexing.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams.
