Responsibilities
- Identify and engage top-tier candidates in AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing.
- Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for high-tech positions in the 2026 tech stack.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for emerging roles.
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews and competency assessments.
- Collaborate with Engineering Leads to define hiring needs for future-proof products.
- Partner with department heads to execute strategic hiring plans.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional technical recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup or tech giant.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech stacks, specifically AI/ML, Blockchain, or Quantum algorithms.
- Proven track record of closing senior-level engineering roles.
- Strong network within the Austin tech ecosystem and remote engineering communities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
