As we accelerate towards our strategic goal of Project 2026, we are seeking a visionary AI & Quantum Architect to lead our research and development efforts. In this role, you will design the architectural backbone for our next-generation computational intelligence platform, bridging the gap between classical machine learning and emerging quantum computing paradigms.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, hybrid AI/Quantum architectures for the Project 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating quantum algorithms into cloud-native environments.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and establish best practices for distributed systems and machine learning operations (MLOps).
- Conduct rigorous performance analysis, optimization, and debugging of high-throughput data pipelines.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate abstract concepts into executable technical specifications.
- Ensure system security, fault tolerance, and compliance with industry standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in quantum hardware and AI model deployment.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or Quantum computing.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane).
- Strong proficiency in AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments.
