Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for high-volume and specialized technical roles, including Backend Engineers, Data Scientists, and DevOps Specialists.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of passive candidates using advanced Boolean search and social recruiting techniques.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define talent requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
