Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for high-volume and specialized technical roles, including Backend Engineers, Data Scientists, and DevOps Specialists.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of passive candidates using advanced Boolean search and social recruiting techniques.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define talent requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Conduct comprehensive technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit and cultural alignment.
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing channels and improve time-to-hire and quality of hire.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in technical recruiting, preferably within a high-growth startup or tech environment.
- Proven track record of successfully closing hard-to-fill roles in engineering and data science.
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage top-tier passive candidates.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and technical methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical needs into clear recruiting strategies.
