What You'll Do
As a Senior Technical Recruiter at 2026, you will own the full lifecycle of recruiting for your assigned verticals. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build robust pipelines of qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying talent and screening candidates to negotiating offers and closing candidates.
- Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies, utilizing advanced Boolean search techniques, social media (LinkedIn, GitHub), and professional networks to find passive candidates.
- Relationship Building: Build strong, long-term relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and candidates to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to advise leadership on compensation and hiring strategies.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and candidate quality of hire.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the software, SaaS, or high-growth startup environment.
- Sourcing Skills: Proven track record of successfully sourcing hard-to-fill technical roles (e.g., Full Stack Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps).
- ATS Proficiency: Advanced experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and CRM tools.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
- Autonomy: Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
