Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for future AI workloads.
- Design and implement microservices and serverless architectures using modern cloud technologies.
- Collaborate closely with quantum research teams to integrate emerging quantum algorithms into production pipelines.
- Mentor and coach senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Define technical standards, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure high delivery velocity.
- Conduct deep-dive technical explorations to validate feasibility for ambitious 2026 milestones.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or system architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust) and frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Deep understanding of cloud-native principles (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI integration.
- Strong grasp of cybersecurity best practices and data privacy regulations.
