Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Own the technical roadmap for the 2026 event platform, aligning engineering goals with business objectives and legacy systems.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the deployment of scalable cloud architectures capable of handling massive spikes in traffic during match days.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with third-party tech partners, ensuring integration of APIs, payment gateways, and data analytics tools.
- Agile Execution: Lead cross-functional squads in an Agile environment, removing blockers and driving sprint delivery for critical features.
- Performance & Security: Implement rigorous testing protocols and security measures to protect fan data and maintain 99.99% system uptime.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience in large-scale technology deployments or high-volume event technology.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under tight deadlines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
