Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives and emerging market trends.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure) capable of supporting high-growth global platforms.
- Talent Development: Mentor and empower engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Technical Excellence: Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and security protocols to ensure operational resilience.
- Future-Proofing: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing) to integrate forward-looking solutions into the core product suite.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership or architecture role.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing high-performing distributed teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Java, with strong knowledge of distributed systems and microservices.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and drive innovative solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
