Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning and execution of our long-term technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Spatial Interfaces to ensure competitive advantage.
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-generation data loads and complex computations.
- R&D Leadership: Direct a cross-functional team of researchers and engineers to prototype and validate breakthrough technologies before they reach production.
- Technical Advisory: Serve as a key advisor to the C-suite, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with product management, design, and sales teams to align technical roadmaps with business goals and market demands.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or technology strategy, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Edge Computing, and Spatial Computing (AR/VR) paradigms.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of identifying disruptive technologies and integrating them into business ecosystems.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
