- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance architectural frameworks for our core product lines.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product management, engineering, and executive leadership to translate strategic goals into actionable technical specifications.
- Innovation Management: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Autonomous Systems) to integrate into our development cycles.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex architectural concepts and strategic plans to diverse audiences, from technical teams to C-suite executives.
Qualifications

- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to lead teams through digital transformation and prepare for future tech paradigms (e.g., AGI integration).
- Leadership: Proven track record of mentoring senior engineering teams and driving high-performance culture.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on scalability, security, and long-term viability.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
