Responsibilities

- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in deep learning and reinforcement learning to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI, ensuring transparency and bias mitigation in all automated systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate technical vision into actionable business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems using data-driven methodologies.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to think ahead of the curve, with a portfolio of patents or published papers preferred.
