Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architectural design and technical execution of the company's 2026 modernization and scalability roadmap.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including generative AI frameworks and post-quantum cryptography, into existing platforms.
- Collaborate directly with C-suite executives and product leaders to align technical strategies with overarching long-term business goals.
- Develop comprehensive architectural documentation, including technical specifications, diagrams, and present strategic blueprints to key stakeholders.
- Oversee the seamless migration of legacy enterprise systems to highly optimized, cloud-native, and sustainable infrastructure.
- Mentor senior engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of forward-thinking innovation and uncompromising technical excellence.
- Continuously monitor global industry trends to ensure our 2026 technology stack remains highly competitive, secure, and compliant.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 8+ years of proven experience in solutions architecture, cloud engineering, or senior-level software development.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully leading large-scale digital transformation or enterprise modernization projects.
- Deep, hands-on expertise in modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and advanced microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML implementation, big data architecture, and modern zero-trust cybersecurity frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership, cross-functional communication, and executive-level stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with sustainable computing practices and quantum-readiness preparation is a strong advantage.
