Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions for our core platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and QA to define product roadmaps.
- Participate in a structured rotational program across different tech stacks (Backend, Frontend, AI/ML).
- Write clean, maintainable, and highly efficient code following industry best practices.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development workshops tailored for the 2026 cohort.
- Contribute to system architecture discussions and code reviews.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in our high-traffic applications.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with an expected graduation date of Spring/Summer 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for emerging technologies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
