Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications using modern architectures.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Optimize application performance and scalability to handle high traffic loads.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues in production and staging environments.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Implement security best practices and ensure data protection compliance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on backend or full-stack technologies.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or C# and modern frameworks (Spring Boot, .NET, etc.).
- Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for team offsites if required.
