Responsibilities
- Lead development of high-performance microservices using Java/Spring Boot

- Drive adoption of DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
- Conduct performance tuning and scalability improvements

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Spring
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of building scalable distributed systems
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and test-driven development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
