Responsibilities
- System Design: Architect and develop scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern languages and frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting thorough code reviews.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Optimization: Analyze system performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality products.
- CI/CD: Manage and improve continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Troubleshooting: Debug complex issues in production environments and provide timely resolutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with experience in front-end technologies (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Cloud Computing: Strong understanding and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Databases: Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
