Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Lead the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, architecture design, coding, and testing.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of best practices.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring seamless user experiences and high availability.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and architectural challenges proactively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expertise in at least two major backend frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java) and one major frontend framework (e.g., React, Angular).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
