Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Lead the end-to-end design, development, and testing of scalable software applications and APIs using modern frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting regular code reviews to ensure best practices and standards.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical issues and bottlenecks to optimize system performance and reliability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Architecture: Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy to ensure long-term scalability and security of our products.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to foster team growth and knowledge sharing.
- Deployment: Oversee the CI/CD pipeline and deployment processes to ensure smooth releases and minimal downtime.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Database: Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
