Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-scale, mission-critical software applications.
- Lead architecture reviews and ensure code quality across the engineering department.
- Collaborate closely with product managers to define feature requirements.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprints, retrospectives).
- Drive technical innovation and implement best practices for security and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript (React or Vue.js preferred).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of software design patterns and data structures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to obtain US work authorization immediately.
