Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, high-availability AWS infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Ansible
- Develop serverless applications leveraging Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB
- Conduct cost optimization analysis and implement FinOps best practices
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and architecture sessions
- Collaborate with DevOps team to enhance monitoring via Prometheus and Grafana
- Document infrastructure blueprints and operational playbooks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on AWS experience with 3+ certifications (SAA, SAP, or DOP)
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong Python/Go scripting skills for automation
- Proven track record with Kubernetes (EKS) and container orchestration
- Experience with cloud security frameworks (CIS benchmarks, AWS Well-Architected)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
