Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable software applications using modern frameworks.
- Lead the technical design process for new features and architectural improvements.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application speed and efficiency.
- Ensure code quality through comprehensive testing and automated deployment pipelines.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (React.js or Vue.js) and Node.js/Python.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
